All My Love Designs is our own in house brand of  gifts and keepsakes carefully crafted by our own team.

We also offer items in our product range that can be personalised for your customers. Everything is hand made  to order in the UK by us so turnaround times are fairly quick dependant upon order size.

Individual personalised orders usually take approx 7-10  days to despatch to your customer.

We will always advise you of any delays. You can always let us know if needed quicker and we will always do our best to accommodate !

Some  items in this range can be offered on a drop ship basis meaning you do not have to hold the stock.

For this service there is no need for you to hold vast amounts of stock.We do not offer you a full wholesale discount for this service as you are not committed to a large wholesale order. Full discount is only available when you place a wholesale , bespoke order. You will see for easiness the collection is split into two categories. One for wholesale items and one for drop ship items.The drop ship discount rate is 30% from the minimum recommended retail price

Orders can be taken using all information and  images we provide . Once you receive an order you simply come and place your order here. You can even upload your logo into your account so that we can create a customised Packing Slip for you and  the item can be sent directly to your  customer as if it was despatching from you.

Shipping charges for all items in this drop ship service are currently  £4.95 per UK  address and £8.95 per  European address wher applicable. Order times to quote to your customer  are approx 7-10  days but usually quicker outside of seasonal periods.We always publish last order details for busy periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day and longer despatch times will be noted on individual product pages.

Order times for wholesale orders within our range are anticipated to ship in approx  14 days dependant upon size of order.

All orders are subject to VAT and delivery

We do not accept returns unless faulty or sent in error. Once in receipt of your order please notify us of any problems within 3 working days.
