As all of the pieces in the Little Jules Keepsake Collections  are personalised pieces we can offer them on a drop ship basis. For this service there is no need for you to hold vast amounts of stock.We do not offer you a full wholesale discount for this service as you are not committed to a large wholesale order. Full discount is only available when you place a wholesale , bespoke order. The drop ship discount rate is 30% from the minimum recommended retail price.You can sell higher than these prices but we ask you to agree not to sell for lower.

Orders can be taken using all information and  images we provide . Once you receive an order you simply come and order here. You can even send us your logo so that we can create a customised Packing Slip for you so that the item can be sent directly to your  customer.

Shipping charges for all items in this drop ship service are currently  £4.95 per UK address (for European orders please see  individual rates ) Order times to quote to your customer  are approx 28 days but usually quicker outside of seasonal periods.We always publish last order details for busy periods such as Christmas and Mother's Day. If you own a bricks and mortar business you can also hold samples for your display.These are available at one off reduced rates and the minimum sample order is £200.00. Please e-mail us for more details of a sample display order.

All orders can be placed online or by sending through via e-mail or fax.. We do not offer credit terms at this time. All orders are to be paid for at time of placing order. Our preferred method of payment is via BACS but we also accept most major credit and debit cards  using Worldpay. We will advise you of any delays or back orders so that you have chance to alter your order if necessary.

All orders are subject to VAT and delivery

We do not accept returns unless faulty or sent in error. Once in receipt of your order please notify us of any problems within 3 working days.
