All orders to be placed online. All orders are to be paid for in full at time of placing order.The only proviso on this is for wholesale orders paid via BACS. You can opt to pay 50% when ordering and the balance when we advise you your order is ready to ship.Please be aware though that our timeframes will be affected by how long it takes you to make payment to our bank.Our preferred method of payment is via BACS but we also accept most major credit and debit cards using Worldpay. Individual shipping times can be found in each brand area of the site.
IMPORTANT ... If you order from several collections please be aware that the order minimums apply to the individual brands and not across site and that if you do order acros brands then your orders may ship seperately.

We do not accept returns unless faulty or sent in error. Once in receipt of your order please notify us of any problems within 3 working days.
Only .925 Sterling Silver, .999 Pure Silver, 22K Gold and genuine Swarovski gemstones and pearls are used for all our brands making them safe for all especially children to wear.
Adult supervision is of the upmost importance when jewellery and children are involved. Jewellery purchased for children under the age of three are recommended for use as heirloom, keepsake, memory gifts. They should be worn for special occasions such as Christenings, Baptisms, Photos, etc...and tucked away as treasured keepsakes.
Children over the age of three should still be supervised when wearing their precious jewels. They should be removed when engaging in child's play to prevent damages and breakage.
Although the finest quality stringing materials are always used to ensure a top-quality product, accidents can and do occur. We ask that you exercise caution in the event this situation arises and be aware that our jewels do contain small parts that could present themselves as choking hazard.
