Information : You will need to create an online account to view our products and trade prices. We vet all of our account applications. In order to uphold the value of our various brands we only partner with retailers who are selling coordinating, quality merchandise. The saturation of our brands in your geographical location is also a determining factor. All online accounts will be kept to a minimum with this in mind
IMPORTANT ... You will be unable to place an order until your account application has been manually approved.You will receive an e-mail with this approval within two working days.
All orders can be placed securely on site. We use WorldPay as our payment provider.You can also pay by Bank Transfer. We offer a 50% deposit for this payment method ONLY on wholesale orders.We will instruct you to make payment via an e-mail once we have processed your order. Orders will not be put into production until funds have reached our bank account. Once orders are placed you will be able to download and print your own invoice. You will be advised of any Out Of Stocks, Back Orders or Personalisation queries within one working day. Delivery times will be scheduled once we are in receipt of your order but approximate order times are shown within each brand category.If you pay a 50% balance via BACS we will advise you when to pay the balance once your order is made and ready to ship. How long it takes the funds to reach and clear our bank account will determine the final shipping date.All goods remain the property of All My Love Designs until full payment is made.
We do not accept returns unless faulty or sent in error. Once in receipt of your order please notify us of any problems within 3 working days.
Dropship Orders : A lot of our products are personalised. That is what makes them special and why your customers will want to buy them ! We offer some of the personalised items on a drop ship basis (subject to terms and conditions) which means we allow you to use our images and text. You must use our brand names in all descriptions. This means you don't have to buy in huge quantities of stock You only purchase from us when your customer purchases from you ! Discounts for this method of trade business are generally between 30%-35%.We allow you to use our images and text. Dropship only retailers must comply with minimum quarterly sales targets to remain active as per our terms and conditions you will be obliged to read at point of ordering.
We can send the order to your store or direct to your customer. We offer a personalised packing service and you will be given the option to upload your company logo when you place your first order so that we can personalise your outbound orders.
