• Items for UK delivery will be sent by a mix of Royal Mail Standard Post and 'Royal Mail Signed For' services. A signature will be required upon delivery for the 'Signed For' methods.

PLEASE NOTE: All My Love Designs do not despatch orders to PO Boxes. We request all of our customers to have registered addresses. All My Love Designs reserves the right to decline any orders that do meet their credit card billing criteria.

Your Right To Cancel - You can cancel your order up to the point we confirm it's receipt and your approx. shipping schedule which will be determined by the brand(s) you have ordered. If you do cancel the contract within this time any payments made by you will be refunded in full within 30 days.

We send an e-mail once all orders are 'In Transit'. Please be aware that All My Love Designs cannot be held responsible for Royal Mail's failure to deliver on time /or at all once your order has been despatched.
