DISTANCE SELLING By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except bespoke artwork.

To cancel your purchase within the fourteen-working-day cooling-off period, please contact us (customerservices@allmylovedesigns.co.uk) then package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to our postal address (All My Love Designs, Springboard Business Centre, Ellerbeck Way, Stokesley Business Park, Stokesley, North Yorkshire, TS9 5JZ UK ).

For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service.

Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective.

You should be aware that once we begin the delivery process you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with us for additional services carried out by us (eg: bespoke artwork).

As soon as we receive notice of your order cancellation, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge--we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge. Incorporating new twists on old wedding traditions is something we like to specialise here at All My Love Designs with our wedding gift selection. Something Old Something New is one of the traditions that seem to have lasted the longest throughout the years. The full rhyme is dated back to the Victorian era but is believed to have it's roots even deeper in the past.

The wearing of something blue apparently dates back to biblical times when the colour blue was meant to symbolise purity and virginity. This is why images of The Blessed Mary often show her in pale blue attire.
